Ground Rules:

As a Dom/domme you have ultimate control over this list, how it plays out, and the order/speed in which it progresses etc. Don’t feel pressured to continue just because.

As a sub, you have no choice but to agree with the dom/domme unless it crosses into your limits.

As a sub, you should not ask, beg, expect this to continue at any point. Refer to rule 1. however, as a Dom/Domme I would expect that you would have the decency to convey to your sub that you will no longer be playing and why. Afterall communication is key.

When playing, remember a safe word means to immediately stop all play. Breaking this rule will counter everything that we are trying to achieve

Generally, aftercare and communication after each day is still essential and the key to making this work, but I have added communication days in to help this progress

I feel that as this list progresses everything that falls behind the day you are up to can be also implemented into any other day further down the line. As this is relatively progressive in changes/dominance level don’t fell this is definitive. See Rule 1
